These Terms of Use apply to your use of philipcpa.com, including the quote tool, contact form, articles and email sign-up. The website is operated by Philip Andrew CPAs + Advisors (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a CPA firm based in Hollywood, Florida. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Articles, examples, calculators and other content on this site are general information. They are not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice for your situation, and tax law changes often. Do not act on anything here without advice based on your own facts. Reading the site, using the quote tool, emailing us or booking a call does not create a CPA-client relationship.
A client relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement letter. The engagement letter sets out the services, fees, responsibilities and other terms of our work together, and it controls over anything on this website. If you become a client, our handling of your information is also described in our Privacy Policy.
The quote tool gives an estimate based on the answers you provide. Your fee is confirmed in writing before any work starts, after we review your documents and scope. If your actual situation differs from your answers, the confirmed fee may differ from the estimate. Any pricing guarantee applies as described on our pricing page and in your engagement letter.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns or other sensitive financial documents through the website forms or regular email. Once you are a client, we will give you access to our secure client portal for documents. You agree that the information you submit through the site is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting automated or bulk requests, or using the forms to send spam or solicitations.
The text, graphics, logos, tools and other content on this site belong to Philip Andrew CPAs + Advisors or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
The site links to services run by others, such as our scheduling page, client portal and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or current, and we may change or remove content at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its general content. This does not limit any responsibility we have to clients under a signed engagement letter or under professional standards that apply to licensed CPAs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
